Kidzania Dubai

The most entertaining and educational theme park for children at Dubai Mall where children get the opportunity to experience over 80 real life role playing activities in a safe and unique educational environment. Kidzania is a little children-sized city where children can move freely around it and take part in all the fun activities while the parents/guardians can relax peacefully in the parent’s lounge. This is a great chance for the children to learn and develop their life skills that simply cannot be taught in the classroom. Besides all the fun, children can earn KidZos (Kidzania Currency) upon completion of a task which will encourage their understanding of financial independence.

Additional information

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
• Parents or guardians must not leave their child alone in the queue or anywhere outside KidZania
• Children above 120cm in height can be left alone inside KidZania. However, in this case, an adult or guardian (aged 17+) must be present at the KidZania entrance to check them in
• Children under 120cm in height must be accompanied by an adult or guardian (aged 17+) at all times inside KidZania
• Other park rules and regulations apply
• Babies under 2 years old cannot participate in KidZania activities but they can participate inside Fun First Nursery (Fun First Nursery fees apply)
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• No refund will be given if you don’t use or only partly use your ticket.
• Some activities might be closed due to technical problems – the operator is not responsible.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but you can buy them inside KidZania Dubai.

• Can children explore KidZania on their own?
  Yes, children aged 4 and above can explore activities independently. Trained supervisors are present throughout to guide and help them.
  Children under 4 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
• How long can my child stay inside KidZania?
  There is no strict time limit, but most families spend around 3 to 5 hours enjoying the activities. Last entry is 1 hour before closing.
• Can I bring food from outside?
  No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, there are food outlets inside KidZania where you can buy snacks and meals.
• Is it safe for kids?
  Yes, KidZania is very safe. There are security wristbands for tracking, professional staff, and a controlled environment for children to explore freely and safely.
• Are there activities for toddlers?
  Yes, KidZania has a special area called Urbano’s House for younger children (under 4 years), where they can play and learn at their own pace.
• Is KidZania only for kids?
  Yes, the activities are designed only for children. However, adults can accompany their children and relax in the Parent’s Lounge.
